- 2 lb. chicken wings
- Olive oil spray
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha

- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the wings on the tray. Coat the wings evenly with the oil spray. Season generously with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Bake for 40 minutes, or until deeply golden and crispy.
Step 2: In a bowl whisk together the soy sauce, sriracha, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil. Brush the wings with the sauce and put back in the oven (skin side up) for another 5 minutes. Serve warm with scallions and sesame seeds garnished over the top.
